The New Year is almost here.  What's even more a shock to me is the fact that I'll be 51 this coming March. Say what? Where was I? I'm barely figuring out the plot of the movie about life and the credits are going up and people are filing out of the theatre! Ha ha! Hey, ya gotta have a sense of humor about getting older and hopefully wiser. Seriously though, living a healthy life is so important. I personally feel better now than when I was in my 20's. Looking and feeling great at any age isn't really that hard to attain and maintain with knowledgeable guidance and a consistent routine. I have been training clients for almost 30 years and I can show you how to change your body and your health in 2008.

This year promise yourself that you will put down the nachos and call Camacho's! My program is for men and women of all ages and capabilities. I'll make training fun - you'll laugh a lot but I'll make you work too. This year I want everyone in Gilroy to look and feel better than ever. It's never to late to do what you could have done!
